	March of Dimes Met with Surgeon General WASHINGTON, DC, FEBRUARY 25, 2010 -- March of Dimes President Jennifer L. Howse met with the Surgeon General, Dr. Regina M. Benjamin, yesterday to discuss the ongoing crisis of premature birth. Among the topics covered were action items from the Surgeon General’s Conference on Preterm Birth, which was held in 2008, and collaboration on educational outreach.
